पाटन : शादी करने का झांसा देकर युवती के साथ दुष्कर्म करने के आरोप में रायपुर पुलिस ने मनीष चन्द्राकर को गिरफ्तार किया है। बता दे की पीड़िता ने गोलबाजार थाना में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराया कि मनीष चन्द्राकर निवासी ग्राम तर्रा पाटन जिला दुर्ग ने पीड़िता को शादी करने का झांसा देकर गोलबाजार स्थित एक होटल में ले जाकर उसके साथ जबरन दुष्कर्म किया।
बता दे की कुछ दिनों बाद आरोपी मनीष ने युवती से शादी करने से इंकार कर दिया, पीड़िता की रिपोर्ट पर आरोपी मनीष चन्द्राकर के विरूद्ध थाना गोलबाजार में अपराध क्रमांक 04/23 धारा 376 भादवि. का अपराध पंजीबद्ध किया गया। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के निर्देशन एवं थाना प्रभारी गोलबाजार के नेतृत्व में थाना गोलबाजार पुलिस की टीम द्वारा त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुये प्रकरण में आरोपी मनीष चन्द्राकर को गिरफ्तार कर कार्यवाही की गई।

Patan : Manish Chandrakar has been arrested by the Raipur police for raping a girl on the pretext of marrying her. Please tell that the victim lodged a report in Golbazar police station that Manish Chandrakar, a resident of village Tarra Patan district Durg, forcibly raped the victim by taking her to a hotel in Golbazar on the pretext of marrying her.
Tell that after a few days, the accused Manish refused to marry the girl, on the report of the victim, crime number 04/23 Section 376 Bhadvi against the accused Manish Chandrakar in police station Golbazar. Offense was registered. Under the direction of senior officers and under the leadership of station in-charge Golbazar, police station Golbazar took prompt action and arrested the accused Manish Chandrakar in the case.
